About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer with expertise in Java / J2EE, AWS Cloud, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular / React). This role offers the opportunity to lead development initiatives, work on cutting-edge cloud-native solutions, and collaborate with high-performing teams to deliver scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications on AWS Cloud.
• Build and maintain cloud-native applications using SpringBoot, SpringBatch, and microservices architecture.
• Manage and optimize deployment on Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA), including clusters, compute nodes, namespaces, pods, and services.
• Implement design patterns and best practices across the full stack (Java, React / Angular, PL SQL).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
