Data Scientist Lead / AD

Job description3-12 years of relevant experience in Data Science or AI, with lead roles requiring at least 2 years in a technical leadership position. Hands-on experience with large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embedding-based retrieval systems. Expert proficiency in Python and its core libraries, including NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch / TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers. Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end GenAI or advanced NLP project (e.g., custom NER, Q&A systems, summarization) into production. Familiarity with deployment and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, and API frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI). A Masters or Ph.D. in a relevant field like Computer Science or Statistics is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement.

Key Responsibilities :
- Define the AI roadmap, choose tooling, and establish best practices for model building, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Architect, develop, and deploy large-scale ML and GenAI-powered pipelines from ideation to production.
- Own the full data science project lifecycle, from opportunity identification and stakeholder partnership to model evaluation and communication of results.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
