Job Purpose
You’ll be responsible for taking creative briefs and transforming them into compelling visual assets that align with brand identity, campaign objectives, and digital platforms. You will also help mentor junior designers and ensure high-quality visual output across media.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyse creative briefs & brand guidelines to ensure visual work aligns with brand voice and values.
- Conceptualise and design static and motion visuals for digital ads, social media, email campaigns, websites / landing pages, presentations, print collateral etc.
- Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, motion designers, marketing teams and other stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Review and refine visuals produced by junior designers / designers, ensure quality, consistency and brand compliance.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools (such as motion graphics, interactive design), and propose fresh creative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines; maintain proactive communication on deliverables and status.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in branding, social / digital campaigns, print & motion design.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (and optionally Premiere Pro).Good sense of typography, layout, colour theory, visual hierarchy and brand aesthetics.Ability to conceptualise visual storytelling, and convert abstract ideas into compelling visualsExcellent communication skills (to discuss ideas with clients / internal teams), and ability to mentor or guide more junior team members.Ability to work in fast-paced agency environment, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, adapt to changing briefs.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience).4-7 years of experience (or as appropriate) in agency / digital design role.Strong portfolio (link) required with covering static, motion and digital visuals.
