Operation Manager for IT Company

Company Details : A renowned IT service consultancy specializing in end-to-end solutions for Companies looking to build, migrate, manage, secure, and optimize their Digital Cloud strategic initiatives.

Job Location- Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Salary Offered- Up To 16 LPA

Qualification- BBA OR Any Graduate

Experience- 7+ years

Working Days and Time- Monday to Saturday (10 : 00 AM – 07 : 00 PM)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyse internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.
• Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and longterm
• objectives developed in tandem with the CEO / Directors.
• Directly oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term.
• Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor
• targets relative to growth and profitability.
• Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare
• detailed reports, both current and forecasting.
• Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Responsible for All operations activities, delivery management, process management.
• Design policies that align with overall strategy and implement efficient processes and standards.
• Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.
• Good Team Handling Experience.
• Address the infrastructure requirements for the growing and day-to-day business needs.
