Brief JD :

Roles & Responsibilities :

Practice-wise Annual budget plan by working closely with Finance Manager.

Produce business performance reports for the Delivery, which could be monthly.

Oversee Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring, and training. Guide HR team on people related, legal issues and on employee policies.

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS :

Must have a good expertise with IFS as a delivery / project lead.

Customer Engagement : Play the role of Engagement Manager for multiple accounts,

engage customer directly and be the go-to person for all issues and concerns.

Prepare, review, and manage, own proposals, SOWs, contracts.

Contribute towards Pre-Sales Activities from time to time.

Have extensive experience Delivery Management (Service Desk, Application Support,

and / or Application Development & Maintenance)

Qualification : BE or MBA

Communication : Good / Excellent :

NP : Immediate / 15 Days / 30 Days (Serving)
