Job Title : Revenue Lead

Location : Ceres India – Bangalore

What We Are Looking For The Revenue Lead will build and manage the India-based Revenue function supporting global proposal development, pricing, bid management, opportunity identification, and pipeline analytics. This role partners closely with US Revenue leadership to drive proposal quality, turnaround speed, accuracy in pricing, and operational coordination across functions (ERD, Equipment, Finance, HR, Ops).

  • Fits within the Revenue / Proposals / Estimation function, reporting directly to US leadership.
  • Will manage and mentor a growing team of analysts in India.
  • Success in the first 12 months will be measured by improved proposal turnaround times, enhanced pricing accuracy, and seamless India–US integration.

What You Will Do

  • Build and lead a high-performing Revenue / Proposal team in India supporting US Revenue leadership.
  • Drive workflow planning, resource allocation, quality control, and SLAs.
  • Institute SOPs, templates, checklists, and governance for all Revenue processes.
  • Develop strong India–US integration through proactive communication.
  • Lead daily tracking of bid opportunities across procurement sites.
  • Screen and qualify opportunities based on scope and capability.
  • Maintain a clean, structured opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate end-to-end proposal development ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely submissions.
  • Lead development of pricing sheets and cost models; maintain pricing database (Presto).
  • Coordinate with ERD, Finance, Ops, and Equipment for validations.
  • Serve as primary India liaison for US Revenue leadership.
  • Implement automation, templates, dashboards, and scalable governance.
  • Mentor junior analysts and enhance Revenue team capabilities.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree : MBA preferred.
  • 7–12 years of experience in proposals, bid management, or pricing.
  • Strong writing and document development skills.
  • Strong Excel and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with US disaster management or construction.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with GIS, equipment, and operational workflows.
