Frontend Developer – React + WebRTC

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain responsive UI features using

React

and

modern JavaScript (ES6+) .

Collaborate with product managers and backend engineers for

end-to-end feature delivery .

Integrate and optimize WebRTC-based

real-time audio / video communication modules.

Troubleshoot

video / audio quality, latency, and connectivity issues.

Participate in

Agile ceremonies

(sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Requirements : 5+ years

experience in front-end development.

Strong proficiency in

JavaScript, React, and front-end frameworks / tools .

Hands-on experience with

WebRTC

or other

real-time communication frameworks .

Understanding of

networking & media protocols

(e.g., STUN / TURN, RTP / RTCP).

Familiarity with

front-end performance optimization

and debugging tools.

Experience working in

Agile / Scrum environments .
