Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a strong development background in Java or .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will lead multiple cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. This role requires a blend of project delivery expertise, technical acumen, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects using Java or .NET technology stacks.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets; track and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, handle escalations, and resolve blockers.
  • Drive Agile / Scrum best practices, sprint planning, and release planning.
  • Manage and mentor a team of technical leads, developers, and other engineering resources.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with clients / stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 4+ years in a delivery / project / program management role.
  • Strong hands-on background in Java or .NET development earlier in career.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-team software delivery initiatives.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage onsite teams .
