Job Summary :
This role requires a seasoned professional with comprehensive experience in IT support and service management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT service delivery while managing critical IT infrastructure and support.
Key Responsibilities :
Service Management & Operations
- Assist in incident Problem and Service request management processes to ensure rapid resolution and minimize business impact
- Oversee service request fulfilment and maintain service level agreements (SLAs)
- Oversee comprehensive IT inventory management including hardware and software assets
- Manage employee onboarding / offboarding processes including account creation device provisioning and access setup
Technical Support & Infrastructure
Provide expert-level resolution for complex laptop desktop and network connectivity issuesTroubleshoot advanced hardware and software problems across diverse IT environmentsManage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure including user accounts groups and permissionsComprehensive knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions preferably SOTIEnsure IT network stability and resolve connectivity issues promptlyRequired Skills and Experience :
Experience with MDM solutions ITSM tools. Any experience Enterprise monitoring and management tools is value addKnowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practicesProven ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutionsStrong skills in generating detailed performance reports and metrics analysis and generate comprehensive performance reports on IT service metricsMonitor IT service delivery processes for continuous improvementExtensive knowledge of ITSM toolGood to Have :
Deep expertise in Microsoft Active Directory administration and managementAdvanced troubleshooting skills for laptops desktops and network infrastructureProficiency in IT service management tools and ticketing systemsStrong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practicesExperience with inventory management systems and asset trackingEducational Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or related fieldITIL certification (Foundation) Microsoft certifications (Active Directory Office 365 etc.).Location : Mumbai Corp Office
