  • ???? Experience : 0 to 5 Years
  • ????Organization : ShelterArms – Speech & Languages Therapy Center
  • ????Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP /

MASLP).

  • ???? Employment Type : Full-Time

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • ???? Assess speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding / swallowing difficulties in children.
  • ????Develop age-appropriate, individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • ???? Provide one-on-one and group therapy for conditions such as articulation delay,

    • language delay, stuttering, autism-related communication issues, and developmental

    speech disorders.

  • ????Use play-based and child-friendly therapy techniques to keep children engaged.
  • ???? Educate and guide parents / caregivers on home-based support strategies and

    • carryover activities.

  • ???? Collaborate with pediatricians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators

    • for a holistic approach.

  • ????Monitor and document therapy progress and modify goals as needed.
  • ????Participate in child development screenings, workshops, and awareness programs.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • ????Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP).
  • ???? Valid RCI registration (Rehabilitation Council of India).
  • ????Passion for working with children of all age groups.
  • ???? Strong observational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • ???? Creativity, patience, and a child-friendly approach to therapy.
