Chief of Staff - Financial Modeling

Chief of Staff the Role :

We are seeking a highly analytical and dynamic Chief of Staff Financial Modeling to support the leadership team of one of Dubais most reputed real estate developers. The role requires a strong financial acumen, strategic mindset, and the ability to assist senior management in driving data-backed business decisions and financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to support all financial, strategic, and operational initiatives.
• Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for investment analysis, feasibility studies, and business planning.
• Assist in evaluating new projects, mergers, acquisitions, and capital allocation strategies.
• Analyze key financial metrics, prepare management dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Strategy, and Business Development teams to ensure financial alignment.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and investment briefs.
• Ensure high-quality execution and confidentiality in all leadership-level engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial and strategic matters.
