Job descriptionLead and develop a global team of client account managers, setting clear performance goals and providing regular feedback. Establish account planning, QBR, and relationship management best practices across regions. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations to align client strategies with company goals. Recruit, train, and retain top talent; foster a high-performance, client-centric culture. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients stakeholders (technical owner as well as procurement), understanding their needs and goals, and crafting a suitable deal for upsell and cross-sell. Collaborate with the Product POC team and Product managers to develop sales playbooks. Work very closely with CSMs, understand account health and develop

- Personally manage and grow a portfolio of high-value, strategic global accounts.
- Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Identify client needs, align solutions, demonstrate product capabilities and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the voice of the client internally to influence product, operations, and delivery.
