Player Responsibilities
- Personally manage and grow a portfolio of high-value, strategic global accounts.
- Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Identify client needs, align solutions, demonstrate product capabilities and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the voice of the client internally to influence product, operations, and delivery.
Coach Responsibilities
