Role Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Admissions Counselor to join our team at Poise Aviation Academy. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales and student counseling , who thrives in a target-driven environment.
You’ll be the front face of our admissions team, responsible for converting inquiries into successful admissions through effective counseling, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
- Handling inquiries via phone, seminars and in-person walk-ins
- Providing detailed guidance on courses, career opportunities, and fee structures
- Effectively converting leads into confirmed admissions
- Following up consistently to ensure high conversion rates
- Meeting and exceeding monthly enrollment targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission journey
- Representing Poise at seminars, student meets, and recruitment drives
