Global Service Delivery (GSD) India Wealth Actuarial team is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office:

We will count on you to:

• Our governance and pensions management team works with trustee clients to ensure their pension schemes are run effectively.
• You will support consultants to deliver an exemplary service to clients, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• You will be involved in all aspects of client delivery, including trustee meetings, project management, relationship building and more.
• Develop relationships with clients, attend and participate in client meetings where required.
• Deal with routine queries received from clients, scheme members, third parties and other Mercer businesses.
• Plan and execute client deliverables which will require liaising with different teams e.g. Actuarial delivery, Investments, Legal, Admin, etc.
• Carry out consulting support work including drafting correspondence to clients on a range of consulting issues, preparing agendas, papers and minutes for trustee's meetings.
• Complete monthly client billings and support in raising invoices
  
  

What you need to have:

• Graduation in any stream.
• 5+ years of experience of working on UK pension schemes.
• Demonstrated track record of providing high quality work, good technical know-how on UK pension benefits and ability to work on bespoke projects with a team
• Should have undertaken the responsibility of coaching / mentoring team members.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to translate data into meaningful insights
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS-Excel, MS- Word and MS-PowerPoint.
