Role Description

Responsible for leading the cost estimation and design process of complex projects, meticulously analyzing project plans and specification to produce accurate and detailed cost breakdowns including materials, labor, equipment and contingencies. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design and Estimation Engineer located in Thrissur. The Design and Estimation Engineer will be responsible for creating Bill of Quantities (BOQ), estimating project costs, and conducting research to support project development. The engineer will also perform site visits, prepare project proposals, negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• BOQ and Project Estimation skills
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Fire Fighting industry standards and regulations
• 3 Years minimum experience required
