Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Engineer to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality equipment, from raw material to finished product, adhering to strict international standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, manage, and supervise the production process in a heavy and light fabrication.
  • Hands-on expertise in key processes including cutting (laser, plasma), bending, welding, machining, and assembly.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication.
  • Enhance efficiency, reduce waste / rejection, and meet production targets on time.
  • Ensure all fabricated products and components adhere to quality standards (ASME, DIN / EN, VDI) and company specifications.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, implement corrective actions, and drive Kaizen initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the design, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless production.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in a heavy fabrication, welding, and

    • machining environment.

  • Practical knowledge of fabrication techniques (cutting, bending), welding

    • processes, and machining operations.

  • Understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing standards, and

    • quality control principles.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on Kaizen.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
