Senior Product Manager, OTT Platform Experience

SonyLIV is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to tead initiatives that enhance the viewership experience across SonyLIV' s OTT platform. This role will focus on creating seamless, engaging, and personalized experiences for millions of users across devices, ensuring that SonyLIV remains the preferred destination for premium entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Viewership Experience Roadmap : Define and execute product strategies to improve overall streaming experience.
• User-Centric Design : Leverage user research, analytics, and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the viewing journey.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Performance Metrics : Define KPIs such as engagement, watch time, Play%, Rebuffering ratio, Avg. Bitrates, retention, and NPS;

monitor and optimize them continuously.
