What You’ll Do

Lead development and maintenance of scalable full-stack applications using MERN stack technologies

Build performant, responsive UI with modern tools like Vite, React hooks, and Tailwind CSS

Architect and implement robust RESTful APIs in Node.js and Express

Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality sustainable tech products

Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers

Drive technical decisions, best practices, and contribute to the architecture roadmap

Work with cloud platforms and CI / CD pipelines for seamless deployments

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of strong full stack development experience with deep MERN stack expertise

Expert knowledge of React (hooks, context, state management), Vite, and Tailwind CSS

Proven ability to design and optimize scalable backend services and MongoDB databases

Experience with Git, automated testing, and cloud environments (AWS or similar)

Leadership skills including mentoring, code reviews, and leading technical discussions

Strong problem solver with excellent collaboration and communication abilities

Passionate about sustainability and building impactful, data-driven solutions

Required Skills & Experience

Languages : Strong proficiency in JavaScript (6+ years experience)

Frontend : Experience with React and modern JS frameworks

Backend : Node.js with TypeScript and Express.js for JavaScript backends

Database : Experience with MongoDB and schema design

Hosting and DevOps : Experience deploying to cloud platforms with CI / CD
