Scan insertion.

SCAN DRC / Coverage debug.

ATPG Pattern generation.

Gate level simulations ( Zero delay / Timing Delay simulations).

Worked on JTAG / P1500 protocols.

Perl / Tcl scripting.

Timing / Formal verification / PD flow knowledge is plus.
