The role :
Reporting to the People & Performance Manager, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to Managers and Stakeholders on all operational HR related initiatives and issues. With a key focus on recruitment, employee relations and performance management as well as maximising employee engagement across the workforce you will be able to communicate and coach at all levels, be a self-starter, demonstrate strong problem solving and project management skills and have been previously exposed to all aspects of HR.
Duties & Responsibilities :
General HR program / policy development, administration, and complianceProvide successful resourcing solutions; ensure the quality of staffing to meet the resource requirements of the businessAssist Managers with quality support and advice on how best to manage their team to maintain and improve our working environment and cultureDeliver successful solutions to employee relations and industrial relations issues, consult regarding employee relations issues which comply with local employment lawsMonitor operational HR policies, systems and procedures across the organizationNurture a positive working environmentRequirements :
