Seeking : Human Resources Manager

Location : South Eastern Suburbs

Seeking an individual, ideally with 5+ years of experience that has strong recruitment, employee relations and performance management experience

The role :

Reporting to the People & Performance Manager, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to Managers and Stakeholders on all operational HR related initiatives and issues. With a key focus on recruitment, employee relations and performance management as well as maximising employee engagement across the workforce you will be able to communicate and coach at all levels, be a self-starter, demonstrate strong problem solving and project management skills and have been previously exposed to all aspects of HR.

Duties & Responsibilities :

General HR program / policy development, administration, and compliance

Provide successful resourcing solutions; ensure the quality of staffing to meet the resource requirements of the business

Assist Managers with quality support and advice on how best to manage their team to maintain and improve our working environment and culture

Deliver successful solutions to employee relations and industrial relations issues, consult regarding employee relations issues which comply with local employment laws

Monitor operational HR policies, systems and procedures across the organization

Nurture a positive working environment

Requirements :

Degree level qualification in HR or an undergraduate degree in another field with a qualification in Human Resource Management

A minimum of 5 years of HR experience

Demonstrated experience in the execution of HR activities and deliverables within recruitment, employee relations and performance management

Excellent attitude, interpersonal and communication skills

Team leadership experience is favourable

Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
