Seeking : Human Resources Manager

Location : South Eastern Suburbs

Industry : Pharmaceutical

Experience level : 5+ years of experience

  • Seeking an individual, ideally with 5+ years of experience that has strong recruitment, employee relations and performance management experience

The role :

Reporting to the People & Performance Manager, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to Managers and Stakeholders on all operational HR related initiatives and issues. With a key focus on recruitment, employee relations and performance management as well as maximising employee engagement across the workforce you will be able to communicate and coach at all levels, be a self-starter, demonstrate strong problem solving and project management skills and have been previously exposed to all aspects of HR.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • General HR program / policy development, administration, and compliance
  • Provide successful resourcing solutions; ensure the quality of staffing to meet the resource requirements of the business
  • Assist Managers with quality support and advice on how best to manage their team to maintain and improve our working environment and culture
  • Deliver successful solutions to employee relations and industrial relations issues, consult regarding employee relations issues which comply with local employment laws
  • Monitor operational HR policies, systems and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Requirements :

  • Degree level qualification in HR or an undergraduate degree in another field with a qualification in Human Resource Management
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience
  • Demonstrated experience in the execution of HR activities and deliverables within recruitment, employee relations and performance management
  • Excellent attitude, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team leadership experience is favourable
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
