Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for our premium commercial real estate project on the Kharar–Ludhiana Highway. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and proven experience in real estate, especially commercial, SCOs, showrooms, and high-street retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating and converting leads to commercial inventory (showrooms, shops, SCOs, offices).
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and property walkthroughs with clients.
- Build strong relationships with investors, channel partners, and corporates.
- Understand project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly / quarterly targets.
- Maintain client records, follow-ups, and sales trackers.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and management for smooth transaction flow.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regional developments.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 2–5 years in Real Estate Sales (commercial preferred).Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.Proven track record of closures and revenue achievements.Ability to handle HNI / NRI clients and serious investors.Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined with follow-ups.Must have a two-wheeler / four-wheeler for client visits.What we Offer
