Buyer – Toys Category

Location : Gurgaon

Salary : Up to 15 LPA

Department : Buying & Merchandising

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end buying for Toys (Indoor, Outdoor, Learning, Electronic, Plush).
• Build product assortment based on trends, sales data, and customer demand.
• Source vendors, negotiate pricing, margins, MOQs, and delivery timelines.
• Plan seasonal collections and ensure timely product launches.
• Monitor inventory, sell-through, ageing, and replenishment.
• Coordinate with planning, marketing, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure compliance with toy safety standards (BIS, EN71).
• Track category performance and drive profitability.
