Job descriptionWork as a Senior SAP IS-U FICA Consultant managing end-to-end functional design and configuration Handle Net Metering processes within Utilities Execute implementation, integration & support across SAP IS-U FICA Conduct business requirement workshops and translate them into Functional Specifications Build configurations, test scenarios, conduct UAT, and manage defects Provide training to end users and internal teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Billing, DM, Business Users, Process Owners Ensure smooth integration with Billing and Device Management modules Perform testing, documentation, and support production activities Communicate effectively with customers, business users & internal stakeholders Understand overall SAP IS-U processes and manage related integrations Strong hands-on experience in SAP IS-U FICA Must be well-versed in Net Metering concepts for Utilities Experience in Implementation, Integration & Support projects Strong understanding of FICAāBillingāDevice Management integration Ability to lead business requirement workshops Strong configuration, testing, UAT, and defect management skills Excellent communication skills with customers, business users & internal teams Good understanding of IS-U processes and cross-module integrations
