As a Principal Analyst, you will support audit remediation efforts, help prepare evidence for internal and external audits, and contribute to the development of compliance reporting and dashboards. You'll collaborate with teams across Technology & Operations, providing insights and support on remediation activities and helping embed a culture of proactive compliance. You Will Be Responsible For :
Assist in monitoring and maintaining compliance with internal technology policies, global regulations, and industry standards, helping to safeguard the organisation’s risk posture.
Perform detailed assessments comparing internal policies and standards against evolving regulatory requirements across global jurisdictions, identifying areas for improvement and supporting remediation planning.
Collaborate in the drafting, review, and rollout of technology policies and standards. Help ensure clear communication and understanding across stakeholder groups.
Act as a first point of contact for compliance-related queries from Technology & Operations teams, offering guidance and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
Assist in gathering evidence and documentation to demonstrate compliance during internal audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Monitor the progress of remediation plans, maintain tracking logs, and support teams in closing audit findings effectively and on schedule.
Respond to technology-related queries from existing and prospective clients, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to support business development and client assurance.
The Experience You Bring :
1–3 years of experience in a related field such as IT risk management, internal audit, regulatory compliance, or technology operations—ideally within a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, or telecoms).
Exposure to regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, GDPR, or SOX) and internal control frameworks. Experience supporting policy reviews or compliance assessments is a plus.
Ability to interpret complex information, identify gaps or risks, and support the development of practical solutions. Comfortable working with data to support compliance reporting or audit readiness.
Experience working with cross-functional teams. Able to communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, track remediation activities, and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with a desire to deepen knowledge in regulatory compliance, technology assurance, and risk management.
