Role Overview :

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands all major platforms inside out and can create engaging content that resonates with different audiences. You should be a trend-savvy strategist, a creative storyteller, and an expert in platform-specific best practices . From writing beautiful, engaging captions to knowing the latest viral trends , SEO for YouTube , and growth strategies —this role requires a mix of creativity and analytical thinking.

This is a one-month internship with a full-time opportunity based on performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms like Threads & TikTok (if applicable) .
• Write engaging, platform-specific captions that align with brand tone and audience interests.
• Stay ahead of trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes , and apply insights to content strategy.
• Develop and implement content calendars and posting schedules to optimize engagement and reach.
• Utilize SEO for YouTube and other platforms to maximize organic reach.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling content.
• Analyze performance metrics, track growth, and optimize strategies for better engagement and follower retention.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community-building strategies.
• Research competitors and industry leaders to refine content strategies.
