About the Role

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to source and close top IT talent across the United States.

You will work closely with a collaborative recruitment team at Galent to drive real business impact through strategic hiring, modern tools, and streamlined processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand job requirements from clients and identify suitable candidates.

Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.

Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain accurate and updated internal databases and trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Learn and adapt to various sourcing tools, systems, and recruitment techniques.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Willingness to work in the US shift / night shift.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

2–5 years of experience
