Role - Senior Executive - Sales IT

Location : Central Zone / Mumbai

Job Type : Permanent, Full time

Candidate will be responsible for all SALES IT activities from Central HO. This includes DMS, Sales Force Automation, Centralized DMS, Sales Analytics

What impact will you create

Support to Distributor salesman Sales Force of Central Region
Scheme management for Central region
Lead the Roll out of Cloud DMS SFA i n Central Region
Work closely with Sales team to support L2 issues within Sales IT Applications
Ensure timely resolution of issues in Central region as per SLA
Responsible for implementation of new Sales IT initiatives
Able to prepare detail level Test C ases and perform testing of all new releases

Who are we looking for

Key Skills

Good Understanding of FMCG retail business, DMS, SFA and Sales Force Requirements

Timeliness, responsiveness, accuracy and compliance

Ability to ensure adequate controls in the system

Excellent inter-personal skills

Good Team member

Project Management experience preferred

Education and Experience

Graduate with computer science and knowledge of DMS and SFA

5 - 6 years of relevant experience in FMCG consumer durables industry
