We are looking for an experienced and proactive Safety Officer to join our team in Karnal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in safety audits, compliance management, and risk prevention within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Ensure compliance with statutory safety, health, and environmental regulations.

✅ Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions.

✅ Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective measures.

✅ Develop and implement safety programs, SOPs, and emergency response plans.

✅ Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.

✅ Identify and assess workplace hazards (HIRA) and ensure effective control measures.

✅ Lead fire and evacuation mock drills and ensure the readiness of emergency systems.

✅ Maintain documentation of audits, trainings, and statutory compliance records.

✅ Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies during inspections.

✅ Promote and strengthen a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Strong understanding of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🔹 Experience in compliance audits, risk management, and documentation.

🔹 Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.

🔹 Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of coordinating across departments.

🔹 Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup preferred.
