Primary hiring title : Salesforce Developer (Apex & Lightning)

About the Opportunity :

A technology-driven company operating in the talent-acquisition and HR technology sector, building scalable recruitment platforms and automation that improve hiring velocity and candidate experience. Were hiring hands-on Salesforce engineers to deliver enterprise-grade CRM solutions, integrations, and custom workflows that power sales and recruiting operations across India (on-site).

Role & Responsibilities :

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to meet business requirements.
• Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware), ensuring secure, reliable data flows.
• Author efficient SOQL / SOSL queries, optimize performance, and implement governor-limit-aware solutions.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines and deployment processes using Salesforce DX, change-sets / tools, and Git-based workflows.
• Lead data migration, ETL tasks, and bulk processing with Data Loader or ETL tools, ensuring data integrity and validation.
• Write unit tests, maintain code coverage, troubleshoot production issues, and document technical design and runbooks.
