Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
with a strong background in marketing and placing IT consultants on various client requirements across the US market. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, a proven track record in bench sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Market available
bench consultants (H1B, H1B Transfer, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens)
to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and account managers to generate consistent requirements.
Actively source new requirements using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, and networking.
Negotiate optimal rates with clients / vendors while ensuring competitive margins.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with clients, and assist in closing positions.
Maintain regular communication with consultants to ensure smooth onboarding and project transitions.
Track and report daily / weekly activities, including submissions, interviews, and closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years
of proven experience in
US IT Bench Sales Recruitment .
Strong understanding of
US hiring processes , visa types, and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency with US job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites.
Must be comfortable working in
night shifts (US business hours) .
