About the Role
You will be the go-to person for HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, and the integration between the two platforms , making sure everything runs seamlessly. This includes managing lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting, and enabling our sales team with the right tools and data at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Enrichment
- Source, qualify, and enrich leads using ZoomInfo .
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date lead / contact data in HubSpot CRM .
- Develop workflows for effective lead handoff to sales reps.
- HubSpot CRM Administration
- Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and automation.
- Ensure sales automation tools are working seamlessly to support the team.
- Create dashboards, reports, and insights to track performance and KPIs.
- Integration & Optimization
- Oversee the integration of ZoomInfo with HubSpot .
- Ensure smooth syncing of data across both platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly.
- Sales Enablement
- “Hand-feed” the sales team with high-quality, ready-to-engage leads.
- Train sales reps on how to use the tools effectively.
- Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and ROI.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, automation).Strong knowledge of ZoomInfo (prospecting, enrichment, and integrations).Demonstrated success in CRM / marketing automation management .Strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills.Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate closely with sales teams.
