Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICA Functional Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing SAP FICA solutions for utility clients.

The candidate should be capable of working independently, collaborating directly with clients, and resolving complex business issues.

Knowledge of the UK Utility and Water industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide SAP FICA functional support and configuration for utility sector clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP FICA processes including billing, invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Lead or contribute to at least two hands-on SAP FICA implementations or support projects.
• Perform system analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integration across modules.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to best practices.
• Work independently to drive issue resolution and deliver business value.
