Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst for Veeva Quality Vault to collaborate with a strategic partner located in Mumbai / Goa India.

You’ll Be Responsible For :

  • Collaborating with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and documented.
  • Creating User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Functional Specifications (FS) for business processes.
  • Supporting the creation, dry runs, and execution of Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) / User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts.
  • Participating in OQ formal execution and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Ensuring that defects are reported, tracked, and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Updating and maintaining IT Working Instructions and User Guides to reflect system changes and improvements.
  • Supporting document migration activities within the Veeva Quality Vault environment.

About You :

  • You have 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Quality Vault (basic understanding of configuration and application setup required).
  • You possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of IT business analysis in regulated environments (Pharma / Medical Device).
  • You are comfortable working in a fully remote , cross-functional, and international team.
  • You are detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication skills in English.
  • You enjoy working on quality and compliance-driven projects and are eager to grow your expertise within the Life Sciences industry.
