Partnership Development & Management

Identify, initiate, and formalize partnerships with Indian colleges and universities.

Negotiate MoUs and articulation agreements for student progression, twinning programs and exchange opportunities.

Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders.

Academic & Strategic Collaboration

Design progression pathways and credit transfer models with university academic teams.

Align partnerships with institutional goals, ensuring academic quality and compliance.

Collaborate with internal and external academic teams to map curriculum compatibility and student eligibility.

Project Management

Lead end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives.

Track project timelines, performance indicators, and deliverables.

Ensure timely reporting, reviews, and renewal of agreements.

Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the key liaison between internal leadership, international university partners, and Indian institutions.

Maintain regular communication with Deans, Registrars, International Office Heads, and Academic Councils of partner institutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships, international relations

Strong understanding of Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends.

Proven experience in setting up articulation, exchange, or progression programs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel frequently across India and occasionally internationally.

Preferred Attributes

Strong academic network within Indian HEIs

Familiarity with global education systems

Ability to work independently, manage multiple partnerships, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Strategic mindset with operational execution capability.
