Bid Ops Optimization Engineer

As a Bid Ops Optimization Engineer working on the Publisher Professional Services team in Gurugram, you will be responsible to proactively identifying optimization opportunities via complex data sets, conducting configurations necessary to improve performance, managing support / break fix escalations, and working closely with Account Managers, RnD and Product to scale and support activity.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need :

• 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, 3rd level support, technical account management or similar role within the AdTech industry
• Solid understanding of web front-end technologies including JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Demonstrated success in leveraging data trends to identify opportunities and formulate actionable strategies for performance enhancement
• Ability to monitor and resolve technical issues with existing integrations. Advanced troubleshooting capabilities, including diagnosing and resolving technical bidder issues.
• Proficiency in SQL and extracting and analyzing data from databases to derive insights.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
