Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Plant Design & Layout :  Plan efficient, safe, and compliant plant structures.
• Equipment Selection :  Choose and integrate specialized machinery (e.g., extractors, evaporators, dryers).
• Process Control :  Implement systems to monitor and optimize extraction processes.
• Quality Control :  Ensure purity, potency, and safety of oleoresins.
• Safety & Compliance :  Maintain adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting :  Oversee equipment upkeep and resolve technical issues.
• Automation :  Introduce technologies to improve process efficiency and reduce labor.
• Team Collaboration :  Work with engineers, scientists, and operators for seamless operations.
