We specialize in performance marketing, brand building, and content-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results. We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager who will also handle Social Media Management for our clients.

Role Overview

The Account Manager & Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing day-to-day execution of campaigns, and driving impactful social media strategies. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 3–4 client accounts simultaneously, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Plan, strategize, and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Handle end-to-end social media management for clients : strategy, content planning, calendar execution, and reporting.
  • Confidently represent DigiSimba in client meetings, presentations, and video calls .
  • Ensure timely communication and delivery of client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, performance, SEO) to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies.
  • Guide junior team members, demonstrating leadership and decision-making abilities .
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative strategies.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English.
  • Confident on camera – for client-facing discussions, updates, and possible social content.
  • Ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Good understanding of different marketing strategies (organic, paid, retention, influencer, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills .
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency .
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts.
  • Experience in campaign planning, execution, and reporting .
  • Not an entry-level role – candidates must bring prior agency-side experience.
