This team leverages data-driven strategies and personalized campaigns to deliver high impact marketing across various digital channels. The goal is to meet new users where they are most active and drive meaningful engagement that supports business growth

About the role :

Join GCC's leading travel brand as it accelerates its mobile and search growth journey! The role focuses on leading app user acquisition efforts by strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google UAC, Google Search, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and more. The incumbent will be instrumental in driving high-quality installs, maximizing ROI, and contributing to business objectives through sharp performance marketing and data-led decisions.

What will you be doing :

• Strategy Development : Craft and implement robust paid marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and mobile growth targets.
• Campaign Management : Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and other key platforms.
• Performance Analysis : Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics; leverage insights to improve ROI and meet defined KPIs.
• Budget Management : Efficiently manage and allocate campaign budgets to ensure maximum effectiveness and cost efficiency.
• Customer LTV & Retention : Coordinate with the CLM team to engage user cohorts through remarketing channels like Google UACe, RevX, and Criteo.
• Cross Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with Revenue and Product teams to drive funnel improvements and conversion through targeted offers and product enhancements.
• Reporting & Data Visualisation : Create clear and concise reports and automated dashboards to communicate insights effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams
