Finance Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Manager at KASIOUS IMPEX PRIVATE LIMITED. The role is based in Kollam, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing financial planning and analysis, preparing financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risks, and leading financial operations to drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Strong Accounting, Cost Analysis, and Tax Compliance skills
• Experience with Risk Management and Financial Decision-making
• Knowledge of Financial Tools, Reporting Software, and Data Interpretation
• Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Problem-solving abilities
• Team leadership experience and the ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are advantageous
• Experience in an import / export or trading environment is a plus
