Job description

Conduct Engaging Training Sessions

  • Deliver interactive and engaging spoken English classes focusing on fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary enhancement.

Focus on Practical Communication

  • Train learners in real-world communication scenarios such as conversations, presentations, and public speaking.

    • Grammar and Sentence Construction

  • Teach learners how to build grammatically correct sentences for effective verbal and written communication.

    • Design Customized Learning Content

  • Prepare lesson plans, interactive activities, and targeted exercises tailored to learners' proficiency levels and needs.

    • Use Experiential Learning Methods

  • Incorporate role-plays, group discussions, and practical examples to create a dynamic learning environment.

    • Assess and Track Progress

  • Evaluate current language skills and monitor learners' progress through regular assessments and performance tracking.

    • Provide Feedback and Improvement Plans

  • Offer constructive feedback with actionable suggestions to support continuous language improvement.

    • Conduct Language Assessments

  • Administer quizzes, oral exercises, and periodic evaluations to measure learner growth and course effectiveness.

    • Educational and Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English and prior experience as a Spoken English Trainer or in a similar role.

    • Essential Competencies

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
