Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic SuccessFactors Platform and Integration Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing the SuccessFactors platform and its integrations with other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SuccessFactors modules, Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services including Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and SAP Build related technologies.
Strong problem-solving abilities, quick learning, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and manage integrations for the SuccessFactors platform.
- Automate access provisioning by integrating with internal Identity and Access Management systems.
- Manage user authentication and provisioning using IAS and IPS.
- Design, implement, and manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications using SAP CPI and other tools.
- Ensure data integrity and security during system integrations.
- Create, configure, and test data transfer integrations between SuccessFactors and external systems.
- Provide timely support for platform and integration issues to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues or escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Business teams to resolve platform challenges.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience
5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors platform and integrations.Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, SAP CPI, IAS, and IPS.Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP PI / PO, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware technologies.Strong knowledge of integration to SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Onboarding, and Learning.Technical Skills
In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors architecture, configuration, and APIs.Experience with integration tools for seamless data synchronization.Strong troubleshooting skills for platform and integration issues.Soft Skills
