Role : Performance Marketing – META Specialist Location : Sector 39, Gurugram Type : Full-Time | On-Site Industry : Health & Wellness / D2C / E-commerce Experience : 3–5 Years Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, launch & manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, etc. Build & execute full-funnel D2C strategies (awareness → conversion). Strong hands-on experience with META (must). Conduct A / B testing on creatives, headlines, CTAs & landing pages for optimization. Data, Analytics & ROI Monitor & analyze campaign performance : CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV. Track conversions using Google Analytics (GA4), Facebook Pixel, GTM. Create dashboards & performance reports (weekly / monthly) for leadership. Marketplace & Website Marketing Run campaigns for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and D2C (Shopify). Collaborate with design / content teams for product page & landing page optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with creative, growth, influencer & tech teams for cohesive messaging. Coordinate with external agencies / freelancers for ad ops & automation. Tools & Platforms Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, Hotjar, UTM tracking. Knowledge of email automation, retargeting & CRM integrations (added advantage). Qualifications 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience. Proven record in scaling D2C brands through paid ads. Strong analytical mindset with Excel / Data Studio skills. Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, funnel drop-offs, media buying. Experience with Shopify, Amazon Ads, wellness / FMCG brands is a big plus. Bonus Points If You Have worked in startups / high-growth brands.
