Automation Tech Lead - CREQ Description Testing Basic Requirements

IT experience in successfully delivering Testing projects within Systems Testing life cycle in Investment Banking domain.

Experience in STLC & Agile project life cycle to gather functional and technical requirements, project time-lines driving the design and development of the project.

Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills.

Willingness to engage with key IT stakeholders.

Self motivated, Self Driven, Individual Contributor, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability.

Should have experience working with POD teams is must. And would be active team member in Cross Functional Team where deliverable will be taken care by POD team including BA / DEV / QA and Production Support.

Update existing tests in the automation test suite

Write test planning documentation from requirements specifications.

Review all testing documents and other test related documentation.

Assist in implementation of the overall testing strategy.

Ensure that quality standards are adhered to during the development of products.

Add new tests and expand the automation test suite.

Collect and create test data for functional and non-functional testing.

Run functional and non-functional tests.

Write requirements and create scenarios for performance testing.

Liaise with developers during the Software Development Life Cycle

Provide estimates for test activities.

Automation Technical requirements

Expertise in Manual / Functional Testing / Automation Testing / Performance testing. Has good Working knowledge of Automation tools and Expertise in Selenium, Cucumber , TOSCA, Jmeter / Jprofiler, Load Runner, and new testing tools in market.

Expertise in implementation of Automation framework using Selenium and Java.

Experienced in Database testing, Web Based Application testing, API and Service testing Rest / JSon with Cucumber and Selenium.

Experienced in different types of testing, Functional, GUI, System, Regression, Integration, UAT and Performance testing, Smoke, Sanity testing, Ad-hoc Testing, Usability Testing, Test Scenario / Cases design and execution for Development, Enhancements and Maintenance Projects.

Proficient in Behavior Driven Development approach.

Should be Proficient on different domains, Investment Banking, Banking and finance.

Expertise in creation of Project plan, Test Execution Plan and updating on a day-to-day basis.

Expertise in using different testing tools Jira and HP Quality Center
