. Strong knowledge in Field Service, Customer Service, and Dataverse Data Archival and Retention
. Experience working with consulting services industry or salesforce automation / project service automation solutions
. Must have implementation knowledge with MS Dynamics CRM
. Ability to do configuration in Dynamics 365 such as creation of fields, entities, workflows, Business process flows, forms, security roles, profiles.
. Must have the knowledge on customization like write plugin, html code, and java scripts.
. Must understand the technical details & identify the doable & not doable quickly.
. Customizing objects (Forms, Classes, Data Dictionary and Reports etc.)
. Actively involved in the integration projects and third-party products.
. Prepare installation / configuration and documentation.
. Develop data migration programs.
. Design, develop, test and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365 Solutions.
. Develop / maintain plug-ins, workflows and web services of MS Dynamics CRM as needed.
. . Troubleshoot problems and fix bugs in a timely manner.
