About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across our Commercial Fit outs & Managed Services business.
This role involves prospecting, client relationship management, and closing strategic deals across sectors like real estate .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Client Meetings : Conduct meetings (virtual / in-person) to present services and customized solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity tracking.
- Proposal Development : Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotes aligned with client needs.
- Negotiation & Closure : Lead commercial discussions and close deals with decision-makers.
- Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate with delivery and technical teams for solutioning and execution.
- Revenue Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field0 – 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial interior solutionsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand our offerings and translate them into client benefitsExperience in using Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independentlySkills Required
