🔸Job Description :

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, references, and networking.
• Screening and validating resumes based on requirement checklists.
• Shortlisting suitable candidates and forwarding profiles to the team manager.
• Communicating with candidates regarding interview status and references.
• Maintaining relationships with candidates for referrals and networking.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, shortlisting, and scheduling.
• Handling joining formalities and post-joining lifecycle of empaneled employees.
• Preparing and maintaining recruitment-related reports.
