Influencer Marketing Manager

The Influencer Marketing Manager owns relationships with key influencers, agencies, and management teams for the purpose of generating top funnel brand awareness and engagement for MPL, and building a community of gamers. Duties and Responsibilities

• Create influencer marketing strategies for MPL, including various levels of support from celebrities, to micro and nano influencers, on key channels (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, etc.)
• Execute influencer campaigns from start to finish, including identifying, vetting, negotiating and managing influencer relationships that support MPLs business
• Continually nurture relationships with talent, agencies, and management partners
• Develop new creative approaches to influencer campaigns supporting MPL Brand efforts, including Live Streaming and eSports tournaments
• Draft messaging and briefs for influencers and content creators, and manage content creation and internal approval process
• Oversee influencer content creation to ensure all content is on-brand and on-brief and that the content is authentically bringing the MPL proposition to life
• Partner closely with Brand Creative teams to continually ideate on creative ways of leveraging influencer partners as part of our campaigns always-on strategy
• Ensure efforts deliver a strong ROI and provide regular reporting on all influencer marketing initiatives -work closely with the data analytics and marketing team to identify metrics of performance, and deliver on these with continuous improvements.

Education Experience:

• Bachelors degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• 6+ years experience in managing influencer relationships or content creators for a brand(s)
• Gaming or Entertainment experience is preferred

R equirements and General Skills:

• Strong understanding of the social and influencer landscapes, measurement tools, and social media trends
• Demonstrated success in driving authentic influencer campaigns to strengthen a brands core value proposition and build community
• Ability to prioritize projects and manage team members in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with negotiation tactics to deliver on a brands needs
• Proficient in reading and understanding contracts
• A deep understanding of internet culture and brand building, and how influence drives both
• Proficient at interpreting content performance and defining actionable recommendations based on solid data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented
• Demonstrated capabilities working cross-functionally with diverse teams
