Role & responsibilities
- Accountable for administration activities w.r.t. conducting of Board / Committee and General Meetings including preparation of minutes.
- Prepare timely, accurate and completeness of MIS / Forms - Companies / LLPs / Trusts including control on flow of information
- Update timely and accurate creation / maintenance of secretarial records, register, forms and compliance (both hard and soft copies)
- Support the team in day to day activities, guidance and supervising the juniors and prompt and accurate execution of instructions
- Support team in day to day Compliance of SEBI Listing Regulation and Companies Act including FEMA & RBI Compliance.
- Good interpretation skill for understanding the provision, rules and regulation.
