Azure Devops Engineer

As a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure and CI / CD pipelin es using Azure DevOps . Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our development and

production environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance our application lifecycle management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Management : Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security configurations.

CI / CD Pipelines : Develop, maintain, and optimize CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate the build, test,and deployment processes.

Automation : Implement automation strategies for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Bicep, Terraform, or Ansible. Bicep is plus point.

Monitoring s Performance : Set up and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure and deployment.

Collaboration : Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment processes. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to juniorteam members.

Security s Compliance : Ensure thatinfrastructure and applications comply with securitybest practices and regulatory requirements. Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) policies.

Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

Qualifications :

Experience : 7+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps.

Technical Skills :

Extensive experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Virtual

Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database.

Proficiency in building and managing CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, and Test Plans.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep, Terraform or ARM templates.

Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Certifications :

Azure certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
